Returns Policy

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If you have merchandise that is defective, please contact us at team@signatureconcepts.com providing the following information:

*Defective merchandise needs to be reported within 7 days after your order has been recieved.

 

1. Full Name

2. Order number

3. Description (and images if possible) of defective merchandise

 

Our dedicated customer service team will help resolve this and issue a refund for your item once returned. If we still have stock of this merchandise, you may place a new order on the website.

 

 

RETURN MERCHANDISE: 

Returns policy below will vary by event. 

 

Returns may be accepted in some situations and varies by event. If merchandise is noted as made to order, all sales final, or is personalized these items can not be returned. Event and/or garment description will contain this information. If you do not see the above, your garment could be eligiable for return as long as it follows the below terms. Additionally our customer service team can help aide in helping determine if your item is eligible. 

 

1. You may return an item within 14 days after purchase and must not be washed or worn.

2. Please contact us at team@signatureconcepts.com for a Return of Merchandise Authorization number to include with your item(s) and return address information. A credit will occur back to your card once the garment has been recieved.
